How To Book
We are very flexible in how we take our bouncy castle hire bookings as we know all of our customers prefer to use different methods. We are always here to talk to via telephone or text and we respond quickly via email, Facebook Messenger or even Whatsapp!
So how do you book a Jump & Bounce Castle?
Telephone or text/Facebook Messenger etc
Get in touch and we can let you know if your chosen product is available for the date you require. We can also confirm a few points such as access, grounding, garden dimensions and a few pointers before delivery.
Then we'll take the booking and agree on a payment method - in card over the phone or in cash on delivery. You'll receive a booking confirmation via email and you're all set for delivery.
We'll arrive on the day, take the payment in cash if required, set up and leave you to enjoy your booking! Then we'll return at the agreed collection time and pop back later to pack up.
Booking online is just as easy as booking via phone. You can choose to pay with cash on delivery once you have provided your address details by clicking the Cash On Delivery (COD) button.
Once you've booked we'll give you a call to confirm some details such as access, garden dimensions, grounding and a give you few pointers before delivery. You'll receive a booking confirmation and receipt as above via email.
